I "Step Up" at your command,
And hop on the finger or the hand.
If you had a little more insight,
You'd take care to be polite.
It's the only trick you know,
But it's not fun for me, and so,
When "Step up" is proffered,
A treat should be offered!
Give me something crisp and yummy
After all, you've poked my tummy!
